Landscape Photography - Capturing the Essence of Place
Instructor: Michael Hancock
The realm of landscape photography ranges from the grand to the intimate, focusing on place rather than thing. Join Tampa Bay area photographer Michael Hancock for a morning of exploring the art of landscape photography in its many forms. Michael will focus on the creative aspects of landscape photography, but will also cover many technical tools that will help you capture your ideas. Bring 5 slides of your own for discussion.

PAINTED SILKS 101
Creating art on silk as your canvas.You will leave with a finished work of wearable art. We Will work with wax or gutta. Come with an idea and Toni will help you put it on silk.
PAPERMAKING
Paper making students will experience the process of molding paper using a deckle frame. We will be recycling to make a slurry as well as using several types of materials as additives to enhance the finished paper. Wear old clothes an be prepared to get into the pulp of it
